Please note: American Express will deduct a transaction fee of 2.25% from your donation to cover processing costs. The charities will receive your donation amount, minus the 2.25% American Express processing fee, from our partner JustGive. This transaction fee is similar to or less than the processing fee the charity would pay if you were to charge your donation with your American Express Card through any other means (i.e., over the phone to the charity, through the charity's website, etc.). You will not be charged any additional fees for using the American Express Donation Site and your dollar donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Who
We Are
We are a group of parents serving Arizona who share the challenge of raising a child or teen
with Asperger's Syndrome. Our group is also appropriate for parents of
kids with high functioning autism, PDD, or PDD-NOS (and probably other
diagnoses, too!) We meet monthly. Our meetings offer a variety of opportunities
including networking with other parents, listening to speakers present
on topics related to our specific challenges, getting the kids together
for activities, and social events for mom and dad only.
Our Mission
Asperger Parent Network (APN)
serves families affected by Asperger Syndrome and related disorders in
Arizona. We are committed to being a valuable resource
for parents and professionals alike. Through APN, families can connect
and form friendships based upon empathy and mutual respect. While not
ignoring their challenges, we celebrate the strengths and achievements
of those with Asperger's and value them as unique contributors to our
society.
